• 3rd Rule Learning Center where products & resources are entirely owned by other individuals & companies made available for sale.
  

• Reputable e-commerce platforms such as Stripe provides you a secure checkout panel that enables you to securely & privately provide your payment information to purchase   your items. AmeriPlan also provides a similar level of security as Stripe when providing payment information on their site. Both Stripe & AmeriPlan provide you HIGH consumer protection that meet &/or exceed the standards of consumer protection practiced by the 3rd Rule Institute LLC.
  

• Prompt response usually within three business days from direct inquiries.

Purchasing Policies

Returns

• The 3rd Rule Institute LLC issues a full refund for any item(s) shipped back as a returned item within 10 days after your order has arrived at the shipping address you provided. All item(s) must be returned in new condition. 

• Use the Contact Us page to send us an email with the subject line titled “return order” in order for you to receive three things:

       1) Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

       2) Online print out shipping slip. 

       3) Shipping information you need in order for you to send                      back the item to the proper address.

• We will send you a confirmation email to inform you that we successfully received the returned item. Also, we will send you another email to confirm that credit from your purchase amount is being issued to your credit card. 
• IMPORTANT: Items returned without the RMA number will be returned back to sender.

• The 3rd Rule Institute LLC does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our fulfillment center. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. In this situation, the 3rd Rule Institute LLC does not take title to the refunded/returned item. 

• We do not exchange items. However, you may return the unwanted item for a refund & place a new order for the item you desire. 

Order Cancellation

• To cancel an order you placed with the 3rd Rule Institute LLC, you must fill out the Contact Us page with the subject line titled "cancel order". Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not been shipped.

• Please provide your name, order number, & contact information when you send an email to cancel an order. 

• Please note that if the item has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. In that case, we will email you a shipping label for you to use to return back (at no cost to you) the cancelled item(s). The returned item(s) must be returned back as new, unused, & unopened. When the cancelled order is returned, we will refund your cancelled purchase.

The 3rd Rule Institute LLC does not share or sell your information to 3rd, 4th, 5th, 10th, 100th, or any other number of parties. What you share with the 3rd Rule Institute LLC, stays only with the 3rd Rule Institute LLC.

The only information the 3rd Rule Institute LLC receives & secures is your shipping information when you order any 3rd Rule Institute product. And your email address when you subscribe to this site.

Exception: In the case of federal, state, & local law enforcement investigations into potential or actual ILLEGAL activity by one of  the 3rd Rule Institute's customers; all existing laws on the federal, state, &/or local level that requires private businesses & organizations to provide law enforcement officials any information of the 3rd Rule Institute's customers will be followed by the 3rd Rule Institute LLC. 

All your payment transaction information on Stripe & AmeriPlan's checkout panels are held in their OWN separate data systems from the 3rd Rule Institute LLC's data systems. Stripe & AmeriPlan's checkout panels are entirely owned, operated, & separate sites from the 3rd Rule Institute LLC.
